Can we inquire before we have a venue or exact date?
Yes. If you have a specific date in mind, use the form below. If you are still choosing a month or season, schedule a consultation or email us about your plans. We can discuss your priorities now and check availability once you have a date. An inquiry does not reserve it.
How is wedding-day coverage planned?
We tailor coverage to your wedding timeline and the moments you want captured. Your proposal confirms the hours for each professional, deliverables and total price before you book.
What does the starting price include?
The services and deliverables listed here start at $4,950 for Birmingham weddings. Travel, extra hours and requested additions are quoted separately. Your proposal and agreement confirm the total.
How do we reserve our wedding?
First we confirm availability and the team. After your proposal is agreed, a signed agreement and 50% booking retainer reserve the booking. At the $4,950 starting price, that retainer is $2,475.
Is this full wedding planning?
Signature coordination covers our DJ, photography and videography services: onboarding, a primary contact and coordinated service timelines. It does not replace a wedding planner, venue coordinator or catering team.
Does the film include a full ceremony edit?
The Signature Package includes a 6–7-minute highlight and a 60-second vertical reel. Drone aerial shots are included when weather, venue permission and flight restrictions allow. A full ceremony edit and additional films are available by separate quote. Your selected package and proposal confirm the number of photographers and videographers.
When will we receive our photos and films?
We confirm delivery timelines, revision terms and gallery details in your proposal and agreement before you book.
Can we book in Nashville or Denver?
Ask us for a market-specific quote and staffing check. The $4,950 starting price on this page is for Birmingham; other markets are quoted separately.
