The ones we get most
Which backdrop colors can we choose?
Black, Hot Pink, Rose Gold, Silver, Baby Blue, Champagne, Gold, Green, Purple, Red and Sapphire Blue. Choose a main color and, if you like, a different second color. Confirm your final setup in the planner.
Can we mix prop packages?
Yes. Choose up to two: Wedding, General Special-Event or Golden. You can also bring custom props alongside your selected package; tell us who will deliver and collect them.
Is an attendant included?
It depends on your signed booking. Attended service includes onsite support; self-guided bookings do not include an attendant. We confirm your service arrangement before you book.
Are printed photos included?
Our current Snap Suite offering includes unlimited digital photo copies. If you want physical prints or an album, ask us to confirm availability and pricing in writing before booking.
Can you use our names or company logo?
Yes. Supply exact wording, event colors and any logo or artwork in your planner. You can choose Elegant & Minimal, Fun & Celebration, Modern & Clean, or Luxury Glam as the design direction.
What does the venue need?
We’ll confirm the booth area, room for a guest queue, power, internet availability and loading access. For outdoor events, discuss weather protection and a backup location during planning.
Can we book without a DJ?
Yes. Request the photo booth on its own, or combine it with music, photography, video and enhancements. Your quote confirms availability and the full scope.
