Our event follow-up texts: what we send, how often, what it costs you, and how to stop.
The program
JWoo Entertainment event follow-up texts.
You join it at an event. You scan the QR code, play the game, and tick the box that says you want a text from us afterwards.
What we send
A text thanking you for playing, after your event.
Sometimes a second one asking how the night went, or asking for an honest review.
The program sends nothing else, apart from the one-line replies to STOP, HELP and START described below.
Joining is optional
Giving us your number is optional, and so is the consent box next to it.
It is not a condition of playing any game and not a condition of any purchase.
You can play the Wedding Shoe Game, and everything else we run, without giving us a number at all.
How often we text
Message frequency varies.
Up to 3 messages per event.
What it costs you
Message and data rates may apply.
That is between you and your mobile carrier, and it depends on the plan you are on.
Stopping the texts
Reply STOP to any message from us.
You get one confirmation text saying you are unsubscribed, and then nothing more.
Replied STOP and want the texts back? Text START to the same number and one confirmation comes back. Scanning the code at the next event does not undo a STOP on its own.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, and neither one is ours.
Your number and your consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not pass your consent to text you on to anyone.
We keep your number for the texts described above and for nothing else. How we handle what you send us.

We update this page when the program changes.
